Greystar Apartment is perfectly located, only 3 km away from the Old City of Dubrovnik, which is easily reachable by a local bus (no 4), leaving every 15 minutes. The closest beach is only 400 meters away.

Our apartment consists of one sleeping room, a stylishly decorated living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the private terrace of the apartment.

Our apartment is equipped with everything you might need throughout your stay; sat-TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, etc as well as a complimentary wireless internet connection.

We welcome families and couples. Free parking place for cars is available in the garage in the same building, connected by an elevator to the apartment floor.

Lapad area is famous for its shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, promenades, and Green Park Petka with an attractive walking and cycling track, located only a few steps away from the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

 

If you are looking for an active holiday, a beach offering various water sports activities is approximately 400 meters away. The tennis club court is 100 meters from the apartment. The diving club can be found at only 15 15-minute brief walk from the apartment.

 

If you are coming with the children, the Lapad pedestrian area, which is located 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment, has a few children’s playgrounds. You will find there also many shops offering excursions or boat trips.
